TIMI is a small international social house. A good shift depends on people who communicate clearly, keep standards and take shared responsibility for the space.

You may be a good fit if

  • You can speak English with international guests.
  • Your weekly availability is stable, especially for evenings, weekends or event days.
  • You notice cleanliness, order, details and guest comfort without being reminded every time.
  • You are willing to learn service, coffee, drinks, events and daily routines step by step.
  • You can follow checklists, handover notes and team standards.

This may not be the right fit if

  • You cannot work evenings or weekends when the schedule needs it.
  • You do not want to clean, set up, close or handle basic service tasks.
  • You prefer casual, unstructured work without training, rules or feedback.
  • You are uncomfortable using English with guests.
  • Your attendance or communication is often unstable.

Guest Service / Service Team

Guest welcome, seating, order communication, table care, guest area cleanliness and calm service flow.

Coffee / Day Shift

Coffee, matcha, tea, desserts, takeaway checks, workspace guests and daytime preparation.

Bar / Cocktail Support

Cocktails, shots, simple drinks, glassware, tools, clean rhythm and evening service support.

Events / Performance Support

Open mic, music nights, sports screenings, private bookings and community moments.

Senior Operations Growth Track

For stronger candidates: shift reports, stock checks, training support, scheduling help, content, community or operations responsibility.

What the work includes

Hospitality work is practical, visible and shared.

Welcoming guests and helping them feel comfortable Taking orders and supporting payment flow Preparing drinks depending on training level Cleaning tables, bar, equipment, storage and guest areas Restocking, organizing and preparing for the next shift Opening, setup, closing, checklists and handover notes Helping the team during busy events or service peaks Learning TIMI standards through feedback and repeated shifts
